Recently completed Riva House wins ACI Award for 2006. This 4,200 sqft waterfront contemporary will be one of the first ICF Energy Efficient homes to be on the market in 2007, complete with radiant floor heat. The walls are 6” ICF concrete all the way to sill plates with R-40 in the finished attic space. Approx 180 yards of concrete and not one blow-out...not one, no other blocks have this type of job performance. |
